Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
If you select a different area than your hotel, you must edit your reservation with the correct area (different cost) through the booking engine.
If someone offers you an upgrade plus before your travel date, please contact the customer service department.
Only adults over 18 years of age can drive their own ATV. Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
The weight limit is 270 pounds for zip lines, 300 pounds for ATVs, and 220 pounds for horseback riding.
For security measures, the use of mobile phones is not allowed during activities.
We recommend bringing: a change of clothes, a towel, closed-toe shoes, a swimsuit, sunscreen and biodegradable repellent, sunglasses and tissues for the ATV.

Not recommended for pregnant women.
Not recommended for travelers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.

Important notes

Once you have booked your visit, you will receive a digital confirmation ticket. It is important that you show this confirmation on the day of your visit. Please bring your reservation and your official identification.

Times vary by hotel, our representative will tell you the exact pick-up time by mail or text message. Please consider transportation schedules for your pick-up and drop-off.

Remember that you can only drive an ATV if you are over 18 years old. If you are not coming as a couple, please book 2 reservations, one for 2 people in double service and 1 for 1 person in single service. If you reserve 1 double service for 3 people or an odd group, you will be asked to pay a difference when boarding only for one person. which will have to go in simple service.

Please remember that the weight limit is 300 pounds for ATVS, 270 pounds for zip lines, and 220 pounds for the horseback ride. If you exceed this limit you will not be able to enter the activity.
