Stop 1 Pass by

Pickup time: 7:00 AM
Meet your driver and guide at the hotel lobby and start your journey to Hissar. The drive will take approximately 4 hours, covering a distance of 180 kilometers.

Arrival in Hissar: 11:00 AM
Upon arrival, your guide will take you to the Ancient Site of Agroha, which is believed to be the capital of the legendary king Maharaja Agrasena of the Agrawal community. You'll explore the site and learn about the pre-Harappan settlements and the discoveries made during the excavations, including coins, residential and community houses made of baked bricks, a Buddhist stupa, and a Hindu temple.

Next, you'll visit Feroz Shah's Palace and Tahakhanas, which was constructed by the Sultan of Delhi Firoz Shah Tughlaq. You'll see the palace complex, consisting of an open courtyard surrounded by two and three-storeyed structures, and the hollow core strongholds, pillared hall, and other rooms and cells of the palace.

After that, you'll proceed to the Ancient Site of Rakhigarhi, one of the five biggest townships of the Harappan Civilization. Here, you'll see the interconnected mounds spread in a huge area, with two mounds thickly populated. The excavations have revealed the mature Harappan phase represented by planned townships having mud-brick as well as burnt-brick houses with a proper drainage system, ceramic industry, and other antiquities.
