Stop 1
In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel in Izmir and the tour will begin. Pamukkale, listed as a World Heritage Sides by UNESCO. The large building is a 2nd-century Roman baths and gymnasium made of local tawny travertine ashlars once covered with polychrome marble. One of the impressive barrel vaults fell in a 4th-century earthquake, and was replaced with one of brick.
