Quinta de Santa Eufemia
It is another relic of the Douro Valley's unique history, the oldest demarcated and regulated wine region in the world (since 1756).
Here we can find Pombaline marker number 27, the last from the first demarcation.

It is located on the south bank of the Douro River, across more than 50 hectares of vineyards.
It produces grapes of the richest varieties, whose vinification is carried out in granite lagares, where they are traditionally trodden to extract their best components.
The wines are aged in oak barrels, after which they are selected to find the perfect blends.
