About this experience

Enjoy a private 9-hours tour in Irpinia province of Avellino in the hinterland of Campania Region, homeland of Aglianico Greco and Fiano grapes and land of DOCG wines. Your English speaking driver will pick you up at your hotel located in Naples, Sorrento, Positano or the at ports in these locations. A English speaking guide will take you on the tour of the vineyards, wine cellars, and accompany you on the tasting of these wines.

upon entering this winery we will be greeted by a person who will be our guide, The tour starts with visit of their garden and some of the vineyards and then continues with the cellar where all the processing and conservation are explained and at the end the wine tasting

Cantine Caggiano are located in the town of Taurasi, the mother land of the Aglianico vineyards from which Taurasi wine is produced. The winery is a medium large size, they produce around 200000 bottles a year. We will visit the cellar and then the wine tasting.
