Pleasant morning to spend on Lake Trasimeno, beautiful body of water, surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes, ancient villages and historic houses. In just 40 minutes of kayaking, you'll reach the shores of Isola Polvese, and dock your canoe to enjoy a scenic walk or swim in the beautiful waters of the lake. Afterwards, lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon we'll visit one of the ancient villages of Lake Trasimeno: Castiglione del Lago, located on the western shore of Lake Trasimeno. Together with our guide we'll take a walk in the historic center of Castiglione del Lago and see some of its most important monuments and sites of interest, including the Palazzo della Corgna (entrance ticket not included), the Rocca del Leone, the Church of Santa Maria Maddalena which preserves the Madonna enthroned, Church of San Domenico, Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, Sanctuary of the Madonna della Carraia, among others.

In the afternoon we will visit one of the ancient villages of Lake Trasimeno: Castiglione del Lago, which stands on a promontory located on the western shore of Lake Trasimeno, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany. Considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Castiglione was already inhabited in Etruscan times and subsequently expanded under the Romans, and again by the Arezzo people in the XIII century. Together with our guide we will take a walk in the historic center of Castiglione del Lago and see some of its most important monuments and sites of interest, including the Palazzo della Corgna or Palazzo Ducale (entrance ticket not included), the Rocca del Leone, the Church of Santa Maria Maddalena which preserves the Madonna enthroned, Church of San Domenico, Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, Sanctuary of the Madonna della Carraia, among others.
