About this experience

Immerse yourself in the history and food and wine culture of Piedmont to discover some of the excellence of our territory with the Guide of a Sommelier and Expert in local gastronomy.
Together we will visit a traditional family-run winery to discover the classic red wines and sparkling wine of our territory.
We will visit the various winemaking and aging rooms and together with the winemaker of the cellar you will have the opportunity to learn the characteristics of each wine and its production techniques.
You will continue your day with a visit to a small company specialized in the production and aging of traditional Piedmontese cheeses.
You will be explained the processing and production techniques and you will have the opportunity to taste these delicious cheeses during a gui DAta tasting by an Expert cheesemaker during a "light lunch".
Finally you will stop at a small distillery to taste artisanal Vermouths inspired by Piedmontese tradition.

Alta Langa is one of the most authentic rural areas in Piedmont region. Small villages, small vineyards, hazelnut farms and of course dairy farms for the production of the classic "Robiola" : one of the most ancient goat and sheep cheese in all northern Italy.
