City Tour Details:
Choose a 2-hour or 3-hour private city tour, starting at 9:00 AM. End times are either 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM, depending on your choice.

Alcatraz Tour Details:
Includes ferry tickets, self-guided island tour, and cellhouse audio tour.
If your Alcatraz ferry departs within an hour after the city tour, you’ll be dropped off at Pier 33 (Alcatraz Landing) 30-60 minutes before. If your ferry departs later, we’ll drop you at PIER 39 to relax before walking to Pier 33.
The Alcatraz tour lasts 2-3 hours. Return transport is not included.
Must book 96 hours in advance. Non-refundable.

See centuries of architecture and a national cemetery. We will ride past an historic airfield, through forests and along beaches, and take in spectacular vistas

Stop at the historic Fort Point located underneath the Golden Gate Bridge for spectacular views (and photos) of the Bridge and entrance to San Francisco Bay. Tour does not go on the Golden Gate Bridge.

Meeting point

Your private Tuk Tuk tour departs from 2870 Hyde St (corner of Hyde & Jefferson) in Fisherman’s Wharf. Meet on the Hyde St side of the Argonaut Hotel in the White Zone loading area. Do not wait at the hotel entrance on Jefferson. Important: We no longer meet at Umbrella Alley on Beach St.

Instructions for Alcatraz City Tour Combo Package:
1. City Tour
Tour Meeting Point: 2870 Hyde St, San Francisco, CA 94109. White Zone on Hyde St. Time: 8:55 AM for a 9:00 AM departure.
Tour Duration: A 2-hour tour ending at 11:00 AM or a 3-hour tour ending at 12:00 PM, depending on booking.
2. End of City Tour & Transition to Alcatraz Ferry
If your ferry departs within 1 hour after the city tour ends:
Your Tuk Tuk driver will drop you at Pier 33 (Alcatraz Landing) 30–60 minutes before your ferry departure, allowing time to collect your tickets.
If your ferry departs more than 1 hour after the city tour ends:
You’ll be dropped at PIER 39 to relax, eat, or explore before walking to Pier 33 for the ferry.
Note: Your Tuk Tuk guide will not accompany you to Alcatraz. No return transportation is provided from Pier 33 after your Alcatraz tour.
3. Picking Up Alcatraz Tickets
Tickets are held at Will Call at Pier 33 (Alcatraz Landing).
Important: All guests need a valid ID to match the reservation.
Arrive at Pier 33 at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure to pick up tickets /board the ferry.
4. Alcatraz Tour Experience
Boarding Location: Pier 33 (Alcatraz Landing)
Ferry Ride: 10-minute ferry ride to Alcatraz Island.
Tour Duration: Expect to spend 2 to 3 hours on the island with a self-guided Cellhouse audio tour, featuring stories from former inmates and guards.
Explore at your own pace, including the museum, gift shop, and other landmarks.
5. Return Ferry: Take any return ferry back to Pier 33. Ferries run regularly.
End of Activity: The tour ends when you return to Pier 33. Note: No return transportation is provided from Pier 33 to your hotel or other destinations.
6. Important Info
Alcatraz Ferry Time: You will receive your ferry departure time from Lucky Tuk Tuk via email. Departure times typically range from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
