About this experience

Leave Rome behind and discover the Amalfi Coast from the sea aboard your own private boat—no crowds, no traffic, just sparkling water and pastel towns.

You can start in two ways. Take the high-speed train from Roma Termini to Salerno (7:30 am) and meet your private driver on the platform for a quick ride to the marina; or choose a door-to-door journey by private car from your accommodation in Rome at 7:00 am (about 2.5–3 hours).

Step aboard and cruise past the pastel villages of Cetara and Erchie, the sea caves of Maiori, charming Minori, Marmorata’s waterfall, Atrani, and Conca dei Marini. Dock at Amalfi and Positano for free time to explore at your own pace — wander narrow streets, browse artisan shops, or enjoy a seaside lunch.

In the afternoon, cruise back to Salerno and return to Rome by your chosen option.

We arrange skipper, timings and transfers—you simply relax, take photos and enjoy the day.

2

Upon arrival in Salerno, step off the train and get ready to meet the breathtaking Amalfi Coast. From here, your scenic coastal adventure begins.

3

From Pontile Ventura, you’ll enjoy your first glimpse of the stunning coastline. Here, you’ll board your boat and set off to explore the Amalfi Coast from the water.

4

From the boat, admire the charm of this traditional fishing village, famous for its anchovy delicacies. Pastel-colored houses cluster around a small harbor, framed by steep hills and a picturesque church dome.

5

Sail past this tiny seaside gem, tucked between rocky cliffs and guarded by two medieval watchtowers. Its golden sandy beach and turquoise waters create one of the most idyllic views along the Amalfi Coast.

6

Glide past the wide beach of Maiori before reaching the hidden entrance of Pandora’s Cave, where the rock formations create a natural play of light and shadow. Nearby, see the Marmorata Waterfall cascading directly into the sea — a rare and striking sight along the coast.

7

From the water, enjoy the view of this charming seaside town, known for its pastry tradition and relaxed promenade. Whitewashed buildings, small fishing boats, and a gentle curve of shoreline give Minori an intimate, inviting feel.

8

Approaching from the sea, Amalfi reveals its historic charm: pastel buildings climbing the hillside, the striking façade of its cathedral, and the busy waterfront where history and daily life meet. This is where you’ll disembark for free time to explore at your own pace — wandering its narrow streets, visiting landmarks, or simply enjoying the lively piazza.

9

A quiet coastal village nestled between rocky cliffs, Conca dei Marini is known for its traditional houses and views over turquoise waters. From the boat, admire the gentle curve of the bay and the whitewashed homes scattered along the hillside, a serene contrast to the busier towns nearby.

10

Sailing past Furore, you’ll see one of the Amalfi Coast’s most dramatic sights — the Fjord of Furore. A narrow inlet carved between towering cliffs, with a small beach and an arched bridge high above, it’s a natural masterpiece best admired from the sea.

11
Stop 11

From the water, Praiano appears as a peaceful stretch of pastel houses and hidden beaches, framed by steep cliffs. Known for its artisan workshops and slower pace, it offers a glimpse of authentic coastal life away from the crowds.

12

Approaching Positano from the sea is an unforgettable sight — pastel-colored houses cascading down the cliffs to meet the beach. You’ll disembark here for free time to wander its narrow alleys, browse chic boutiques, or relax by the shoreline before reboarding your boat.

13

Returning to Pontile Ventura, you’ll step back onto land after your coastal voyage. Take a moment to enjoy the view of the marina and the vibrant waterfront before meeting your driver for the transfer back to Salerno.
