The participant makes the reservation in advance and goes to the place, which is easily accessible, paved and safe, patrolled by the Municipal Guard and Military Police. Upon arrival, the instructor puts on our safety equipment and leads you along a 10-minute trail in the Atlantic forest to the top of the 30-meter high rock, which is in front of the beach, providing a privileged view of the sea, the islands and the entire edge of the city. After the instruction for beginners, we do the abseiling, with the instructor always at our side guiding, taking videos and photos (courtesy) throughout the descent. Easy activity, suitable for beginners, does not require experience, and can be performed by people of any age.
The meeting point is at the place where the rappel takes place, at Praia do Costão, at the foot of the mountain, close to the Rio Preto and the center of Peruíbe.
