** After you exit customs, walk towards the airport's exit door (small airport, just one door). Outside the terminal, our Visit Cozumel representative Sandy & Alizon (white shirt) located on the left side of Margaritaville Bar will be waiting for you. See the image attached or open the link below.

** Please tell them the name of the person that booked your reservation online and that your group is ready to get in the vehicle.
(Remember you booked our shared service and you might have to wait from 15 to 25 minutes until there are more passengers from nearby resorts from yours who'd like to share the van)

**Note 1 :
Customs procedures can take 5 minutes or 45 minutes depending on how many people are clearing customs before you or if your luggage is going to be inspected. The whole arrival procedure, immigrations, baggage claim, and customs inspections, can take a long while, PLEASE DON'T WORRY, we know this and our representatives will wait for you as long as needed.

Please do not talk to anyone else at the airport (Tourists Information Booth) they will only try to sell you a timeshare presentation, not help you.
