We will reveal you the most intricate secrets about the truffles, including insights on the environment, their biological cycle as the scam dogs are trained. At the end of your pursuits, you will enjoy a Tuscan lunch based on truffle, with the appetizer, home made pasta with fresh truffle slices. As main course a choice between eggs or cheese with truffles and small sweet truffle delicacies. During the lunch you'll taste different types of wine, mainly produced in the Chianti region. After the lunch and some free time, we'll return back to the hotel indicated at the moment of the reservation.
