Antelope Canyon Tour Policy:
- Full Refund: cancellation has to be made 24 hours before tour starts to receive a full refund. Reschedule within 24 hours of tour date will result in $50 reschduling fee.
- If road closures or other factors obstruct certain tour areas, we'll seek alternative routes or locations to maintain an enriching experience.
- Partial Refund Policy:
- In cases where planned tour elements are inaccessible due to closures, guests will receive a partial refund after processing fees are deducted.
- Closure Decision Clarification:
- Decisions to close Antelope Canyon due to weather are solely made by the canyon operators or Navajo Parks and Recreation; we don't have authority over these closures.
- Altered Tour Inclusions:
- If guests can't access Antelope Canyon, the tour will still feature Horseshoe Bend Overlook and Glen Canyon Dam. A refund, minus processing fees, for the Antelope Canyon portion will be provided.
