East Gate: Scheduled to open on 05/02/2025. Before this date, attractions like Upper and Lower Falls, Artist Point, Hayden Canyon, Mud Volcano, Fishing Bridge, and West Thumb Geyser will remain inaccessible. South Gate: Scheduled to open on 05/10/2025. West Thumb Geyser will not be accessible from 05/02/2025 to 05/09/2025. Thank you for your understanding during these seasonal openings.
Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.
Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may change due to unforeseen factors like weather. Fees will not be refunded for changes.
Hotels offer various room types, including King/Queen beds or two double twin beds, with a maximum occupancy of 2-4 people per room. Guests must present at least one valid credit or debit card at check-in, which will be refunded within 7-14 working days after check-out if there are no charges.
