From November to March of each year in Alaska, the rivers and lakes freeze, and ice fishing is generally possible when the thickness of the ice reaches 8 to 10 centimeters. Ice fishing is the winter favorite for Alaskans. You’ll learn the fishing skill with a fishing expert. After catching the fish, the guide will also process a grilled fish for each guest on site, allowing you to taste the freshest fish, and then release the extra fish back to the snow lake.
NOTE: Adults over 16 years old need to purchase a separate fishing license. You can either buy it online by youself or tour guide will guide you to purchase it at the local designated outdoor store.
