There is no tour guide on the train. Once the train ticket is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Guests must use the name and date of birth on the passport/Photo ID upon registering.

If you participate in Canada itinerary, a valid US passport or a valid passport along with your US green card is required. For those who do not have a US passport or green card, a valid passport along with a valid US visa AND a valid Canada visa are required.
