About this experience

Just 2 hours' drive from Mombasa, this makes the ultimate safari for the time-constrained traveler. Known as "The Theater of the Wild", Tsavo East is home to large herds of elephants, buffalos, zebra as well as lions and numerous bird species. An early start to your day trip helps you increase your chances of viewing as much game as possible. Driving time to the park is 2 hours, with a 30 minute rest stop during which you can take breakfast before entering the park.
Your game drive begins once you enter the park and lasts 4 hours before stopping for lunch at a lodge next to the park. After lunch enjoy another 1.5 hours of game viewing on your way to the park exit.

You can watch animals frolic at Aruba Dam and Ndara borehole to cool off in the sweltering heat.
