Capri, Sorrento and Pompei in one day tour! Start this adventure at the main port of Sorrento, Marina Piccola, where a local guide will meet you and cross to Capri by fast ferry. Take a ride on a private open-top taxi or minibus on the MAMMA MIA ROAD and reach the Blue Grotto ( weather permitting) . Here you can see with your own eyes the magnificent bright blue sea water in the world famous cave.
Next destination will be Sorrento again, where you will have lunch and spend some leisure time with your guide explaining everything of the city. Then a driver will pick you up and drive you to Pompeii. Enjoy your archaeological tour of Pompeii ruins and marvel at the rare beauties of the Roman Age! The Blue Grotto is a sea cave where the sunlight, passing through an underwater cavity and shining through the seawater, creates a blue reflection that illuminates the cavern. If there may be high tide or bad weather the cave remains closed to the public.

After the first part of your tour , catch the ferry from Capri and reach Sorrento , Sorrento is the city of lemons. If you are in Sorrento you cannot miss trying flavoured with lemons, such as pastries, liquors or gelato.

Pompei is the largest and best preserved site of Roman ruins. For this reason it is part of the World Heritage of UNESCO. The ruins feature the city of Pompei as if it was frozen in the Roman age. Due to the ashes and lava of the eruption of Mount Vesuvius, everything was buried, and once excavated they were left the same as the time of the burial. Incredible to believe and to see with your own eyes!
