2

Normally, when one thinks of Rajsthan, they think of a state of kings, a place of snake charmers, and an emerging handicraft's industry. But at this village the real Rajasthan lives on in the paintings, the Bani Thani art, the wall decorations, and the cow dung plaster. It lives on in the food, the fresh air, the evening performances, the enthusiasm, the 'manuhar' (mouthful catering), the traditions, the costumes, and last but not least, the heart.

At Chokhi Dhani it's all there for you. The aim is to preserve and encourage the village art and culture, to get today's generation closer to their past, to change the philosophy of the world about Indian village culture.

3

Explore the village on your own until approximately 7pm when you'll have dinner at a Chokhi Dhani restaurant (included) before departing for your accommodation in Jaipur.
