What happens if you’re late for your gondola ride? Here’s what to expect:
- 10–20 minutes delay: Your gondola ride can proceed, but a €45 fee (cash only) must be paid to the gondolier before boarding.
- Over 20 minutes delay: The no-show policy applies, and no refund is given. However, you can still enjoy the ride by paying a €90 fee (cash or card), or opt for a shorter ride based on the remaining time available at your arrival.
Check the meeting point on the map in advance, especially in case of strikes, demonstrations, or bad weather. Refunds (full or partial) cannot be provided if you miss the meeting time or leave the experience early.
In case of bad weather, the tour may be suspended. Please go to the departure point to confirm if it will proceed.
