It’s important to include your flight number for both your arrival and/or departure to ensure smooth coordination. During the booking process, you can also add any special requests or additional information in the provided fields. After confirming your booking, you will receive an instant confirmation email from Viator, including all the details of your reservation.

Step 2: Pre-Trip Communication
Shortly after booking, you will receive a message from us via the Viator platform, reconfirming the details of your trip and providing the contact information of your assigned driver. This is also an opportunity for you to communicate any last-minute changes or special requests. We aim to make your experience as smooth and personalized as possible.

Step 3: Day of Pickup
On the day of your scheduled transport, our driver will arrive at the specified pickup location at the agreed-upon time. For airport pickups, our driver will be waiting just outside the customs area, holding a sign with your name, as detailed in your Viator booking. For hotel pickups, our driver will meet you in the hotel lobby. Remember, this is a private service, so the vehicle will be exclusively for you and your group—no shared rides.

Step 4: The Journey
Once you've been greeted by our driver and your luggage has been securely loaded, we’ll start your journey to your destination. During the ride, enjoy complimentary refreshments, including water, juice, and local Costa Rican beer. The service includes a stop at the famous Tárcoles Bridge, where you can observe the local crocodiles and take a short break. Please note that this stop is subject to daylight hours and weather conditions. While the Tárcoles stop is included, any other additional stops are not part of the standard service but can be requested in advance for an extra fee.

Step 5: Drop-Off
Upon reaching your destination, whether it’s a hotel, private residence, or another location specified in your Viator booking, our driver will assist with unloading your luggage and ensure that you’re comfortably settled. The drop-off point can be any location within the service area as stipulated in the Viator listing.
