About this experience

In Sicily it is important to gather relatives and friends around a traditional, elegant table full of genuine food. You too will have the opportunity to do so, enjoying a cooking service with chef Ettore through this Cooking Class.

You will learn how to cook traditional dishes in a simple way: the warmth of Sicily will envelop you with its colours, aromas and scents with an ancient flavour.

You will discover how family traditions and creativity intertwine in the creation of tasty and home-made dishes. Seasonal ingredients, first choice and always locally sourced will make your meal uniquely delicious.

Lunch includes two courses: the famous Sicilian arancini and the renowned cannoli for dessert, both symbols of Sicilian gastronomy.

The Cooking Class will be a sensory, pleasant, rewarding and above all satisfying experience. A local wine will be selected for you, to enhance and accompany the tasting of the dishes.
