Make sure to arrive early to enjoy views of the New York Harbor and take photos. You must take the Security Screening Facility. Board the ferry and enjoy a scenic ride through the harbor. As you sail toward Liberty Island, marvel at the iconic views of the Statue of Liberty and the New York skyline. All visitors boarding a Statue City Cruises ferry to Liberty and/or Ellis Island are required to go through security procedures at the Screening Facility.
The time printed on your ticket indicates when you should join the queue to enter the security screening facility, not a specific departure.
