Unlike many other tours around Dubrovnik, our tour is COMPLETELY PRIVATE and it focuses on your traveler's own preferences. The tour is not really set in stone and is designed to cover both facts (from compelling history of Dubrovnik) and fiction (details about the filming) all while following the iconic locations from the Game of Thrones.
All of our guides are SKILLED professionals that are licensed by the Croatian Ministry of Tourism and are great fans of the Game of Thrones and the Song of Ice and Fire book series. Few of our guides are FORMER EXTRAS from the Game of Thrones so you'll have a chance to learn how your and our favorite show was filmed from first hand.

Bosanka village on the Mt of St Serge (or Srđ in Croatian) is one of the filming points above the Old Town of Dubrovnik where the two filming scenes took place (Tyrion waiting for the Dornish party and Brienne's farewell to Jaime). Apart from that, it offers great panoramic views of the Old Town of Dubrovnik.
The Trsteno Arboretum complex of renaissance gardens is one of the most frequent filming locations outside the Old Town. It is a home to numerous scenes involving the Tyrell family (Lady Olenna, Margaery and Loras) as well as some other characters from the GOT (Jaime and Bronn swordfight training, Oberyn and Cersei negotiation before Tyrion's trial, etc...).
Apart from being used as a memorable location from the show, the Trsteno Arboretum is the oldest and the biggest monument of garden architecture in Croatia. Dating back to 1494, it is a former aristocratic estate with an abundance of plant life (around 500 different species from several climatic zones).
The defunct hotel Belvedere, near the St Jacob beach (Sveti Jakov in Croatian) is one of the most intriguing filming locations in the Game of Thrones - the site of the infamous Trial by Combat between prince Oberyn and the Mountain!
This modern edifice that dates back to 1985 was only in operation for 6 years when it got damaged during the siege of Dubrovnik in 1991-1992. The lower plateau of the hotel was skillfully adapted in 2014 by the HBO to serve as the arena where overly cocky prince Oberyn met his untimely demise by the Mountain in the most gruesome way (an eye-popping and mind-blowing scene from the GOT season 4)
