PLEASE ARRIVE 40 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED TOUR TIME. Tours do not wait for late arrivals, so please be on time.
Please review the Requirements and What to Bring sections of our website. Quick overview: age minimum of 7 years old, guests under 18yrs old need an adult to accompany them on the tour, weight maximum of 250lbs for guests under 5'10" and maximum of 270 lbs for guests over 5'10", everyone must wear closed-toed shoes.
Weather Policy:
Remember our zip line tours will operate rain or shine. The farm can be an exciting place when the rain comes. All cancellations due to weather will be the decision of the CLIMB Works Keana Farms staff, and are generally caused by thunderstorms, heavy rains, or high winds. If this happens we will do our best to contact you before and reschedule or provide a voucher for another time. If you are unable to attend another time a full refund will be given.
