Today we take you to the heart of Barisardo, a small village in Ogliastra on the east coast where you can breathe
the real Sardinia. Aprons and sleeves up! Directly in the inner courtyard of an ancient house
typical Sardinian, together with our cook friend and the hostess, we will get our hands dirty
kneading and learning the art of Culurgiones (typical dumplings of the area). During processing
we will delight our palate with an aperitif based on Sardinian products and then all at the table to taste the
freshly prepared dishes. Enjoy your meal! (vegetarian menu available)
