The pick ups are made between 8h and 8h30. The costumer will receive the exact pick-up time the day before by: email, text or whatsapp (for the ones that bought the pick-up option).
It may be ask to the costumer to meet us at a meeting point close to the accomodation, so it will be easier for the guide to do the pick-up.
The pick-up at accommodation is only for customer that bought that option (Pick-up included option).
If no address is given for the pick-up more than 24h before the tour (the reservations who pay for that option), they will be redirected to the meeting point without any previous contact.
And they will not have the right to be refunded for the extra they paid for pick-up.
