In a unique territory you can admire beautiful landscapes, the route winds through ancient villages and places full of history. The stops in a cellar of ancient origins and in an oil mill where oils are still produced using artisanal methods make this experience unique.

The tasting of extra virgin olive oils on typical bruschetta accompanied by olive and truffle pâté is truly particular, original and surprising. Thus we understand how many varieties of oils exist, their characteristics, combinations, blends or monocultures, suitable for different palates, combinations and tastes.
Let's go and visit this old oil mill, and after the oil museum we will see how an excellent oil is produced. Then we will start the tasting of excellent extra virgin olive oils, both blend and monoculture, accompanied by bruschetta and olive patè. All accompanied by locally produced wines.
