Continue to the Church of the Annunciation, a unique site blending Catholic and Orthodox traditions. Built in 1823 in the Baroque style on the site of a royal chapel, it once served Kutaisi’s Catholic community before returning to the Orthodox Church in 1989.
Then visit Motsameta Monastery, perched above the Tskaltsitela River. Hear the legend of the martyred brothers David and Konstantine and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and stunning views.
