Detailed itinerary

Day 1: Day 1: Fez — Ifrane — Midelt – Ziz Gorges - Erfoud — Rissani — Merzouga

Your driver picks you up at your riad at 8:00 a.m. Depart Fes for Merzouga over the Middle Atlas Mountains through the cedar forests of Ifrane (the Switzerland of Morocco), azrou, Midelt and crossing the Ziz Valley and its gorges towards Sahara. We reach Merzouga before sunset. Arrived at the hotel on the foot of the Dunes of Erg-Chebbi. After resting with a mint tea the guide and camels will be waiting to carry you across the sandy Dunes of the Erg-Chebbi, you will enjoy the beauty of the sunset on the dunes, you will reach the desert camp to spend the night in a berber tent. At your desert shelter, your camels are hobbled, and mint tea is served. After a wonderful dinner, there will be a campfire and drums playing.

Day: 2 Merzouga - Tour around by private Jeep - Visit Nomads - Hotel Overnight.
After you woke up step by step and enjoy sunrise and breakfast tranquil. Take shower in your private tent at the camp we will start our private half day trip at 10:00 AM the transport will be with a private Jeep with professional driver guide.
Then we will drive over the sand dunes of Merzouga Desert.
visit the nomads behind sand dunes of Erg chebbi, drink tea there under nomad tents, and explore how they live and their tradition, later we will driver to the Mifis mountains where they still work mineral extraction, Then to Khamlia village where black people lives, playing Gnawa music it's an african rhythm.
After listening to the african music we will move to the restaurant for lunch with berber pizza. After lunch we will go to the hotel with swimming pool a private room with bathroom and AC.
Free time to walk just outside the hotel to the dunes for a sunset time.
Later on you will have a tasty dinner.

Stop 3

Day 2: Merzouga - Midelt — Ifrane — Fez

We will wake up early to enjoy a magnificent sunrise then breakfast, shower.
A shared minibus with driver guide will come to pick up you from the hotel at 08:00 AM. After we leave for Fes through Ziz Valley and the Middle Atlas Mountains, cedar forests of Azrou and stop to hand feed the monkeys. We will continue via Ifrane, the 'Switzerland of Morocco' to arrive early evening to Fes.
