Detailed itinerary

Departure at 8:30 am towards the Gorges du Loup.

First stop at the Cascades du Saut du Loup and visit to the ruins of Créolières dating from the 5th century where you can see the church.

We will stop in Castellane for a coffee break and visit the village (Provençal market on Wednesdays and Saturdays).

Stop 3

At Gorges du Verdon, a short trek awaits you which will take you to the edge of the Verdon in the heart of nature.

We will continue by the ridge road with its three panoramas and its cliffs overhanging the Verdon at more than 800 meters with the flight of vultures and sometimes climbers in their impressive performances.

Lunch at La Palut, direction Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, a Provençal village straddling Provence next to fields of lavender in bloom from June to July.

We will finish at Lac de St-Croix where you can go up the Verdon river aboard a pedal boat or a canoe, for the more athletic.
