About this experience
Ogliastra is one of the 5 "World Blue Zones". Research is still underway on the genetics of the local population in an attempt to discover the "youth gene". What affects Ogliastrine longevity? Come and discover it in this beautiful walk whose path takes place mainly on the plain with a slight gradient in the central part. It is suitable for all those who are in good health and have no walking disabilities.
A walk where the mountain is kissed by the sea and where the flowing waters of the stream have dug the bear rock to create a spectacular theater of natural pools where you can also dip your toes to get refreshment.
