This attracted criticism, with claims that the film company had damaged the island's environment, as the producers bulldozed beach areas and planted palm trees to make it more resemble descriptions in the book,[1] an accusation the film's makers contest. An increase in tourism was attributed to the film's release, which resulted in increased environmental degradation. Phi Phi Le is home to the "Viking Cave", where there is a thriving industry harvesting edible bird's nests.

Stop 1

ITINERATY:
07.00 – 07:30 Pick up from your hotel and transfer to the pier and enjoy a light breakfast, coffee and tea.
08:00 am. Check in at Private pier
08:450 am. Departure from the pier (Phuket) to Phi Phi Islands Sightseeing at Phi Phi Don Island by Luxury Boat
10:15 am. Arrive at Tonsai Pier directly.
11:00 am. Sightseeing around PHI PHI LEY island by big boat (Maya bay, Loh Samah Bay, Pith Cove and Viking Cave.
REMARK: due to Maya Bay is located as reserved coral area, cruise or big boat are not allowed to go to Maya beach.
Swimming and snorkeling at Monkey Beach (included mask and life jacket). For reserving the marine line. Snorkelers prepare money Adult 400 THB / Child 200 THB to Thai Government staff for National Park fee.
