Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap

Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.
Maximum weight 220 pounds for horseback riding, 300 pounds for ATV´s and 270 pounds for ziplines
It is recommended to bring a change of clothes, towel, closed shoes, bathing suit, biodegradable sunscreen and repellent, sunglasses and bandana.
In case you select a different zone than the one your hotel is located in, your reservation must be edited with the correct zone (different cost) through the booking engine.
In case someone offer you an upgrade plus before your travel date please contact customer care department.
ATV Insurance
For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.

Important notes

Once you book your tour, you will receive a digital confirmation ticket. It is important you show this confirmation the day of your tour. Please bring your booking reservation and your ID.

The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick up time via mail or via text message. Please consider transportation times for your pick up and drop off.

Remember that you can only drive an ATV if you are over 18 years old and above. If you are not coming in pairs please reserve 2 bookings, one for 2 people in double service and 1 for 1 person in single service, if you book 1 double service for 3 people or odd group you will be asked to pay a difference when boarding only for one person who will have to go in simple service.

Remember that the weight limit is 300 pounds for ATVS, 270 pounds for ziplines and 220 pounds for horseback. If you exceed this limit you won't be able to enter to the activity.
