The Javea booth is located at the entrance to the port of Javea next to the fish market. but if you already have the reservation you do not need to go through the ticket office, you can go directly to boarding. The boarding point in Javea is at the end of the Levante breakwater, next to the green lighthouse. (15 minutes walk)
Boarding tickets are usually sent by email or by phone. If you do not receive them, you must go through the booth to receive the tickets.
