This is a tour with a local guide in Polignano a Mare, the seaside gem that gave birth to “Mr. Flying” the famous Domenico Modugno.
The tour will be accompanied by a series of tastings of typical local products, which have made Polignano and Puglia famous throughout the world:

The special coffee – a variant of coffee known throughout the world and created by the genius of Mario Campanella;
The focaccia – queen of Apulian street food;
The traditional "panzerotto" with mozzarella and tomato sauce - but also available in many variations;
A glass of a local wine, accompanied by a platter with burrata and capocollo, enjoyed overlooking the sea.

There will be free time for lunch and shopping starting from 1pm. Or you can choose to add extra services such as boat tours of the Polignano caves, SUP tours or gig tours.
