What you'll see

• Your driver will bring a signboard with your name on it and wait for you at Cam Ranh airport/your hotel. After meeting your driver, he will take care of your luggage and lead you to your private car/van.

Get on your air-conditioned vehicle, now is the time for you to relax and enjoy the journey to your drop off destination. The estimated duration of the journey is about 45 minutes.
• For your reference, we will advise the car type which bases on traveler’s number as below:
- For 1-3 pax: 4 seats car (Toyota, Vios or Similar) 1 infant can associates with.
- For 3-4 pax: 7 seats car (Toyota Innova/ Fortuner or similar) 2 children or 1 adult can associate with.
- For 5-11 pax: 16 seats mini van (Transit ford or similar) 4 children or 2 adult can associate with.
• Porterage of 1 stander suitcase and 1 carry-on bag for each customer.
• Your driver has the right to refuse the ride if your luggage exceed the limits for safe driving. You will be advised to reserve another vehicle by their own cost.
• For customer who want to book drop off at airport. We would like to suggest the pickup time at your hotel as below:
- With domestic flight: pick up 2.5 hours before your departure flight time
- With International flight: pick up 3 hours before your departure flight time
• For customer who want to book drop off at hotel. Your driver always wait for you at the airport gate before your arrival flight time 30 minutes. The departure time on the ticket is just for reference.
• 30% for mid night surcharge will be required for arrival or departure from 20:00-07:00
