Start your day heading south on I-35 towards the famous Magnolia Market at the Silos! We also visit Magnolia Table and Magnolia Press Coffee Shop. During the drive, your Tour Guide will entertain you with interesting stories of the history of Texas. We will arrive in Waco, Texas before you know it! There's something for everyone at Magnolia Market at the Silos. Shopping, games, the garden and even a bite to eat. Treat Yourself to Silos Baking Co., the on-site bakery filled with Joanna's personal recipes. Stop by the Garden; Joanna's vision was that the garden would be a space where the family can explore together and learn the lessons of the garden. Visit Magnolia Seed & Supply. This little shop sells gardening tools and supplies. Relax on the Lawn….On the big green lawn at the center of the property, enjoy the big box full of games. Most every sunny day, the lawn is covered up with parents and kiddos playing corn-hole, having potato sack races and throwing the football around. The lawn games make this more than a place to shop, but also a place to play and enjoy time with family and friends, have a picnic in the shade or grab a bite to eat at the Food Trucks. Visit Jimmy Don’s 36-foot-long trailer in the [Magnolia] parking lot. An estimated 400 people a day drift over from Magnolia Market to browse and take selfies with him. A short drive from Magnolia Market at the Silos is the Magnolia Table. As time and availability permits, enjoy a meal (not included) with your friends and family or pick something up to-go.

2

Visit Jimmy Don’s JDH Iron Designs, cute shop; specializing in custom metal art designs from wall art and home decor to custom projects & everything in between. An estimated 400 people a day drift over from Magnolia Market. Jimmy Don is often on site and guests love to meet him and take photos.

Visit the Castle Heights neighborhood to see Cottonland Castle. Chip and Jo just completed the renovation of a century-old castle in the heart of Waco. Stop by for photos.

4

Stop by Magnolia Table, Chip and Jo's popular restaurant for breakfast or lunch, (reservation required) specializing in fresh, homegrown ingredients and good, old-fashioned cooking. Visit The Table's Gift Shop to pick up a memory of your visit.

5

Take a peek in Hotel 1928, Chip and Joanna's recently renovated luxury boutique hotel; originally designed in the style of an early twentieth-century Moorish Revival lodge.

6

Stop by one of the most iconic HGTV Fixer Upper properties, nestled in the heart of Waco.

7

Situated in Indian Spring Park along the base of the Waco Suspension Bridge, the Branding the Brazos public art sculpture paints a vibrant picture of Waco’s early history. The sculpture, which features three bronze cowboys on horseback and 25 bronze cattle, depicts a Chisholm Trail cattle drive.

8
Stop 8

Waco’s Historic Suspension Bridge was the longest single-span suspension bridge west of the Mississippi when it was completed in 1870. The bridge was built with cable supplied by the John Roebling Co., who built the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City. Crucial to traders, cattle drives and travelers for well over a century, the bridge stands as an icon of Waco history.

In 2008, the first pieces of the “Branding the Brazos” sculptures made their debut next to the bridge. The towering Chisholm Trail sculptures, crafted by Robert Summers, include an over-sized, bronze trail boss driving Longhorns crossing the Brazos.
