Recorrido por la cordillera de los andes para conocer el valle central de la ciudad de Mendoza, sus tres cadenas montañosas: precordillera, cordillera frontal (Cordón del Plata) y cordillera principal donde se encuentra el coloso de América el cerro Aconcagua.
Esta excursión también cuenta con una importante carga histórica ya que es una de las rutas que utilizó parte de ejercito del General San Martín con su gesta libertadora de Argentina y Chile.

El comienzo de la excursión es desde nuestra oficina, desde ese lugar comienza la búsqueda de pasajeros por los diferentes hoteles del radio céntrico de la Ciudad de Mendoza

Conoceremos esta comarca de la precordillera de Mendoza, las primeras estribaciones de Los Andes se abren entre sí para mostrarnos sus cumbres erosionadas por el viento y la lluvia.
Subiremos por los caracoles lindantes al dique e ingresaremos al túnel para dejar detrás la localidad de Cacheuta e ingresar a Potrerillos.

Visita al mirador del Lago de Potrerillos.

Stop 4

Visita al pueblo de Uspallata, nos detenemos para desayunar (no incluido) y poder entrar a los baños.
El lugar también ofrece la posibilidad visitar regionales. En época de invierno se puede rentar indumentaria de nieve y trineos.

Stop 5

El Puente del Inca es una formación rocosa que forma un puente natural sobre el río Las Cuevas.
Se podrá observar las ruinas de un antiguo hotel, las bondades de sus aguas termales y las leyendas de un lugar muy pintoresco.
El lugar ofrece también una feria de artesanías

Stop 6

Con una altitud de 6960.8 msnm, es el pico más eminente de los hemisferios sur y oeste.
Caminaremos por el sendero (60 metros aproximadamente) hasta el mirador del Cerro Aconcagua.

Poblado fronterizo del límite con la Republica de Chile. Aquí disponemos de tiempo libre para poder almorzar. Nos detenemos en un parador restaurant con menú y bebidas (no incluido)
Se dispone en las cercanías de otras opciones para almuerzo.

En cercanías a Las Cuevas, mas precisamente a 9 km, subiendo por un camino estrecho y sinuoso que era parte de la antigua ruta hacia Chile, se encuentra el monumento al Cristo Redentor, símbolo de la confraternidad entre Argentina y Chile.
SOLO PUEDE VISITARSE EN VERANO (diciembre a marzo aproximadamente) cuando el camino está habilitado por Gendarmería Argentina.
