Detailed itinerary

Our tour starts from your hotel from where we will head to the historical center of Manaus, you'll be able to see the facades of the buildings with the marks of neo classic style that was the look of Manaus during the rubber boom. We'll go through an area called "the old Manaus" which can give a clear understanding of the rich era that our region held.

Stop 2

We'll visit the Amazonas Opera House and understand how so many materials and artists were brought from Europe to the jungle to build a place that remains a symbol of this beautiful era

We'll head to the market complex to see the three buildings know as the banana market, the fish market and the municipal market, each holding its unique beauty

Stop 4

We'll see the Rio Negro Palace that was intended to be a rubber baron's house but ended up becoming the government's office.

Now we will drive tho the port and take our speedboat to visit the most impressive phenomenon of the two rivers that run side by side without mixing its waters, we'll have a comprehensive explanation on this fact;

We'll head to the floating village where all the houses, school, churches, bars, restaurant etc. are all built on logs to float on the lake;

now it's time to disembark at a floating fish farm and have an encounter with the biggest species of fish with scales in fresh water in the world, te famous pirarucu (arapaima gigas), we'll play with them with a fishing rod without hooks so we don't hurt them;

Stop 8

We get back to the boat for a nice ride upstreams heading the the lake Janauary where we will visit the lake with waterlilies;
We'll have a walk on a suspended walkway as high as the canopy of the trees;
We'll see the biggest species of tree in amazon;
many more things we'll see along.
