The truffle hunt starts from the beautiful rolling hills and valleys of the San Gimignano area. We will follow the dogs through the truffle-rich forests and pastures at a leisurely pace as they work searching for the prized Tuscan truffles.

At times it happens quickly, sometimes it takes longer, but sooner or later we’ll have enough truffles for a Tuscan hunter’s traditional lunch.
