•Accuracy of Information: It's essential that all details provided during booking (e.g., flight numbers, arrival times, pick-up addresses) are accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for any costs incurred, or for subsequent problems encountered, due to errors that were not reported to us.
•Emergency Contact: In the unlikely event you cannot locate your driver or guide at the designated meeting point, it is your responsibility to call the emergency phone number provided on your voucher immediately. If you leave the meeting point without calling, the service will be considered a "no-show," and the full charge will apply as per our terms and conditions.
• Cancellations:
Private transfers are non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time
Private tours, excursions, photography are not refundable if canceled less than 7 day before scheduled time unless otherwise stated on the specific booking page.
• Meeting Your Driver/Guide/Photographer: Airport/Port/Bus/Train Station: Will meet you in the arrivals area, holding a sign displaying the lead passenger's name.
• Other Pick-up Locations: Will meet you at the pick-up address specified on your voucher previously agreed with you.
•Providing Correct Information: It is your obligation to provide accurate flight, train, or bus numbers and arrival times. Failure to do so may result in service delays or cancellation without refund.
•Children and Infants: If you are traveling with children or infants, it is your obligation to advise us in advance so we can provide appropriate seats (e.g., baby seats, child boosters). Please ensure you have ordered the necessary seats. During the trip, babies and children must use specific seats according to their age and local regulations.
•Luggage: Please carefully check the luggage allowance for the vehicle you booked to avoid any issues.
