Tangkuban Perahu Mountain Tourism Object Bandung is one of the tourist attractions located about 20 km to the north of Bandung. Tangkuban Perahu is very well known both among local and foreign tourists because of its folklore, namely the romance of Sangkuriang and Dewi Sumbi. Tangkuban Perahu Tourism is located at an altitude of 2,084 meters above sea level or about 6,873 feet so that this place has cool and cool air because there are many pine trees, tea gardens, and vegetable gardens. Tangkuban Perahu Mountain is in the form of a stratovulcano whose peak is shaped elongated and resembles an upside down boat.
This mountain last erupted in 2013 but this mountain is still relatively safe to visit. Tangkuban Perahu Mountain is managed by the Forestry Corporation. The average daily temperature is 17o C during the day and 2o C at night. This mountain is also still categorized as an active volcano and is still monitored by the Indonesian volcanology directorate. The mountain has 3 craters namely the Ratu crater, Domas crater and Upas crater. Because of its beauty, it is not uncommon for this place to be used as photo prewedding, film shooting, or video clips. You can also ride a horse to circle some of this crater.
