Your day begins with a beautiful train ride to Frascati from Rome, during which you can admire the beauty of the countryside of Rome.
We will pick you up at the Frascati Station and show you all the amazing corners in town.
Then it will be time to reach our old wine cellar, where our family started with wine production.
Sip two types of our family’s best wines pairing with local meats and cheese.
Next all the necessary for making pasta will be ready, so it will be your turn to get your hands dirty. Wearing apron and mixing all the ingredients together while drinking wine you’ll turned up with your own handcrafted pasta.
So it will be magical to see what happened, your pasta will be cooked with your favourite Roman Sauce and that’s it! You’ll be ready to enjoy your own pasta sipping wine and relaxing.
You won’t leave our place before not have visited our wine cave!

On the day of the experience, you will have to reach Frascati Railway station, from Roma Termini is 30 minutes ride by train. We suggest to reach Roma Termini station at least 20 minutes before train departure to reach the right platform.

For the way back we can help you during the experience suggesting which tickets you should take!
The train ride is about 30 minutes, after train arrival we’ll meet you just outside the Frascati railway station entrance (you can see the FRASCATI SIGN).
Then we’ll start the experience all together walking to our restaurant!
If you’d like to reach us directly to the restaurant, we’ll meet you in Corso San Giuseppe Calasanzio 21, Frascati 20 minutes after the scheduled time.
