Important information

Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Meet and greet service includes 60 minutes free waiting time from when the flight lands and the car park cost
Not wheelchair accessible but able to transport foldable wheelchairs (Please advise when booking)

Important notes

The driver will monitor the flight, only go into the terminal 10 minutes after the plane lands and will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point, located immediately after the customs exit. (Please do not leave the airport terminal we are not allowed to pick up from outside of the terminal

If your flight is delayed there will be no additional charges, but there might be a slight delay with the driver going into the terminal once your flight land as driver schedules may have to be changed.

Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bags.

Suitcases size guide: big suitcase - 24x16x10 inches / 62x43x26 cm (23 kg to 50 lbs) and small suitcases (carry-on bag) - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs) Travelling with suitcase with dimensions bigger than the big suitcase will be considered as 2 big Suitcases.

By law, all luggage and other large equipment (e.g., foldable wheelchairs and Walkers) must not be placed in the seats and must be stored in the boot of the vehicle. Drivers will not risk this as they will incur points on their license if they are stopped and checked.

Hotel Pickup,
Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection at the set pickup time and just let concierge or reception desk know, that you are waiting for a private transfer service the driver will make contact with the concierge or reception desk on his arrival.

Private Address,
The driver will make contact by ringing the doorbell and will be waiting as close as possible to the front door at the set pickup time.

Funchal airport is very small and they only open check-in 2 hours prior to the flight departure time.
