Meeting point

Important notes

Meeting Location:
143 Cordova Street Parking Lot, St. Augustine, FL 32084
(This is a meeting location only for loading and unloading. There is no storefront.)

Parking & Arrival Tips:
Parking in downtown St. Augustine can be very challenging—especially on Fridays, Saturdays, and throughout December. During the week following Christmas, expect it to take up to 45 minutes to find parking. We strongly recommend arriving at least one hour before your tour.

There are public and private lots located throughout downtown that charge by the hour or day and are well worth the convenience. If you choose street parking, please read all signs carefully to avoid tickets or towing.

Important Notes:

We may be unavailable to answer calls between 5:30 PM and 9:30 PM, as we are often conducting tours.

Please do not ask passersby for directions—many are not familiar with our tours.

If you don’t see us immediately, we may still be finishing a previous tour.

Our meeting point is behind the Lightner Museum, between Granada Street and Cordova Street.

Some GPS systems incorrectly route guests to The Collector Inn across the street—this is not our location.

If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message, and we’ll return your call as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding — we look forward to seeing you soon!
