Before making the reservation, you must check the available times for the specific day you want to travel in the attached image.
Once the reservation is made, you must show up on the day you scheduled to travel at the official Ultramar ticket office located at the Navega federal pier in Playa del Carmen, in order to receive your boarding passes.
After you receive your boarding passes, you must show up at the waiting room thirty minutes in advance.
Depending on the departure point, you will need to go to the Ultramar Ferry ticket office to exchange the ticket issued by TripAdvisor or Viator for our ticket, which has a QR code.
NOTE: If you do not redeem your ticket, you will not be able to access the ferry.
