Due to the nature of Crab Island tours, the guest and the service animal may be required to remain on the boat for the entirety of the tour. This is to ensure the guest’s safety as well as that of the service animal, Destin wildlife, other guests, captain and crew.

If The Captain needs to cancel the trip due to weather, a full refund will be processed or reservation rebooked if possible

If you arrive for your trip overly intoxicated, you will not be allowed to board the vessel if the Capt deems your condition a safety hazard.
