The Safari Bike experience is a bike ride through the fields of the natural reserve Estancia 25 de Mayo, where we’ll be able to feel Patagonia in its whole dimension, with its marvelous landscapes and local fauna.
We’ll be departing from El Calafate in 4x4 vehicles heading south, through the valley of Calafate stream. After a 15 kilometer ascent we’ll get to Estancia 25 de mayo section where we will find our mountain bikes.
After a technical chat, we’ll begin our bike ride, having the possibility of finding ourselves with sighting of foxes, eagles, condors, choices and guanacos.
Riding through the Guanaco’s valley with a terrific view of Verlika and Baguales hills, we’ll get to a “chengue”, old tehuelche`s burial, where we`ll get to recharge our batteries, hidrate ourselves and continue to contemplate Patagonia’s immensity. Finally we return to Estancia 25 de mayo Section to enjoy a wonderful lunch before turning back to our homes.
