To tour the archaeological site with this ticket, the authorities ordered the creation of two circuits: Circuit 1 and Circuit 2.
Here are the circuits:
Circuit 1 allows the visitor to visit the upper part and the lower part of the archaeological site. This tour includes the main buildings of the citadel as well as the area of the platforms and terraces in the highest part (where the classic postcard photo is obtained). The tour lasts approximately 2 hours.
Circuit 2 allows the visitor to visit the upper and lower part of the archaeological site. This tour includes a visit to almost all the buildings of the Inca citadel. It also includes the classic photo of Machu Picchu from the House of the Guardian. The tour lasts approximately 2 hours 30 minutes.
